The Adidas Junior Training Program- (JTP) staff of former professional and National team players will be identifying and inviting boys and girls 9-11 years old to monthly development centers were players get to experience the highest level of coaching, training and competition.
Players will train in groups of up to 30 per session in two strategic locations in the Bay Area, one in the San Jose area and one in the Tri-Valley/East Bay area one time a month. Invitees attendees will work on gross motor skills, first touch and learn the technical parts of the game at an early age which will help them develop a love of the game of soccer and be able to perform at an accelerated and advanced rate as they get older.
The 5 participating clubs listed above by logo are part of a new strategic partnership that brings together over 10,000 youth soccer players with the one goal of developing and training players the correct way from the start of their youth soccer experience. The clubs above boast the only Bay Area dual presence in the Men's USSF Development Academy Program as well as the Women's Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) which will provide all JTP players the opportunity to stay with one soccer entity from the time they begin playing U-8 thru college. Participating clubs have up to a 95% graduation/ scholarship conversion rate in their U-18 girls and boys programs to play soccer in college and 2 current National Championship Teams and several State Cup winners.
